How we work
We work in partnership with our clients to produce bespoke policies, procedures and training programmes that are relevant to their business. We provide them with the knowledge, support and advice to manage health and safety within their business.
We aim to provide simple but effective solutions for all issues relating to health and safety at work. Each of our clients are supplied with their own personal safety adviser who will provide the necessary knowledge, advice, support and training to help them develop and maintain their own health and safety management system.

Developing Health & Safety Policies
All businesses employing five or more employees have a legal obligation to produce a formal health and safety policy. This alone is not enough to satisfy legislation, especially if the policy has not been implemented or the information within the policy is incorrect or out of date. -
Health & Safety Training
Our qualified trainers are able to design and deliver a wide range of health and safety training sessions, including tool box talks to suit our client’s needs. -
Risk Assessments
All employers, employing five or more employees, have a legal duty to carry out formal risk assessments. As well as helping you through the general risk assessment process, our advisors will assist you in carrying out specific assessments such as Fire and CoSHH. -
CDM Projects
We have extensive experience of providing assistance to Clients, Principal Contractors, Principal Designers and Contractor in relation to them fulfilling their duties under The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. We can assist with developing pre construction information documents or construction phase plan, assessing the competency of contractors involved in the project, carrying out on site audits and inspections or providing general advice with regards to the regulations -
Pre-qualification Questionnaires
We have assisted many of our clients to become accredited to various Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) including Altius, Chas, Constructionline and Safe contractor by helping them complete the pre-qualification questionnaire required. -
Mental Health
Mental Health issues are a part of everyday life and its estimated that 1 in 4 people will experience at least one diagnosable mental health issue in any one year. Our advisors are mental health first aid trained and can help in providing awareness and understanding of the impact of poor mental ill health to your workforce and assist in promoting positive mental health.
