Introduction

The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 state that every employer shall appoint one or more competent persons to assist him in complying with health and safety law. These regulations also state that periodic review of the health and safety management system shall take place to ensure that the system as a whole remains effective. Sound Safety Care Silver will enable employers to meet these requirements and much more.
